Skinners' School and Judd School have published their cut off on their websites, as follows:
Offers have been made to 155 applicants for September 2017 Year 7 entry. The extra five places (above PAN) have been made available due to an urgent request from Kent County Council to assist with significantly higher demand this year. Boys will be divided into five forms of 31 pupils.
The lowest score offered in this first round is 371. Not all applicants on this score have been offered a place, with those living closest given priority in accordance with our oversubscription criteria.
The average PESE score for these offers is 386.
At the request of KCC a total of 180 offers were made on 1 March, an increase of 25 places over PAN. This ‘bulge class’ is in response to a significant increase in the number of boys in West Kent gaining selective scores. The number of places available in the inner area increased from 135 to 157; the outer area from 20 to 23. The cut-off score for our inner area was 364 (2016: 362) with the outer area being 400 (391) (not all students on those scores being offered a place).
